I love to travel.

In particular, the people of other countries and the ways of living and values of other cultures have always widened the window onto the world I had grown used to.

But of all my journeys, the most intense and exhilarating is the one that turns inward, toward my own inner self.

The framework of what I had believed to be myself came undone. Possibilities I had not even known existed opened up. Answers I had longed for with all my heart appeared. I was given a deep sense of relief and tenderness, and I experienced things so mysterious that words could never fully express them.

Within me, there is still a great deal of unexplored ground.

Around the year 2000, I encountered flower essences, and following my interest in the spiritual world, I came to study energy work and natural therapies such as clairvoyance, aura healing, polarity therapy, and craniosacral therapy.

Alongside this, I studied wisdom and the philosophy of life at the O&O Academy in southern India, walking a path of self-inquiry and awakening.

Since 2004, I have supported people’s awareness, learning, and healing through private sessions and workshops. I have also worked as an interpreter and translator in the spiritual field, serving as a bridge for people’s growth and learning. This has included interpreting for the sessions and seminars of Ms. Levanah Shell Bdolak, my teacher in clairvoyance, and for meditation courses at the O&O Academy.
