I love traveling.
The people of foreign lands, and the ways and values of other cultures, have always widened the window onto the world I had grown used to.
But of all my travels, the most intense and exhilarating journey has been the one that turns inward.
The frameworks I thought defined me falling away; possibilities I never knew existed opening up; finding answers I had longed for; being met with deep relief and tenderness; mystical experiences words can hardly hold.
Within me there is still so much uncharted ground.
Won’t you come too — on the journey inward, the journey into limitless possibility?
Around 2000 I encountered flower essences, and following my curiosity about the world of the spirit, I trained in energy work and natural therapies including clairvoyance, aura healing, polarity therapy and craniosacral therapy.
Alongside this, I studied wisdom and life philosophy at the O&O Academy in southern India, walking a path of self-inquiry and awakening.
Since 2004, through private sessions and workshops, I have supported people’s awareness, learning and healing. I have also served as a bridge for people’s growth as an interpreter and translator in the spiritual field — for the sessions and seminars of Ravana Shell Budra, with whom I studied clairvoyance, and for meditation courses at the O&O Academy.

特に、異国の人々や異文化の暮らしや価値観は、それまで自分が慣れ親しんでいた世界の窓をいつだって押し広げてくれました。
でも、数々の旅の中で、一番強烈でワクワクする体験は、自分の内側へと向かう旅です。
ここまでが自分だと思っていた枠組みが外れたり、存在することさえ知らなかった可能性が広がったり、心から求めていた答えが見つかったり、深い安堵と慈しみが与えられたり、言葉では到底言い表せないような神秘的な体験をしたり。
私の中には、まだまだ未踏の地がたくさんあります。

2000年ごろフラワーエッセンスに出会い、精神世界への興味に導かれるまま、透視やオーラヒーリング、ポラリティセラピー、クレニオセイクラルセラピーをはじめとするエネルギーワークや自然療法を身につける。
そのかたわら、南インドのO&Oアカデミーにて叡智や人生哲学を学び、自己探求と目覚めの道を歩む。
2004年より、個人セッションやワークショップを通じて、人々の気づきや学び、癒しをサポートする。また、透視を師事したレバナ・シェル・ブドラ女史のセッションやセミナーの通訳やO&Oアカデミーでの瞑想コースなど、スピリチャル分野での通訳・翻訳者として、人々の成長と学びを助ける架け橋を務める。
